Brazilian Manual Lymph Drainage

(Flavia Morellato method)

This technique uses slightly more pressure than traditional MLD especially around the gastric area. This treatment can help with detoxification, boosts immune, reduces swelling and inflammation, fights water retention, combats cellulite, relieves heavy legs, boosts digestion helping relieve gas and constipation and can be used in pregnancy, post partum, post surgery, trauma and for general wellbeing and relaxation.

Rejuvology

This unique face treatment combines several holistic practices including myofascial release, deep tissue, manual lymph drainage and acupressure to lift the face, revive contour and improve emotional wellbeing with lots of face sculpting and lifting moves.

Aromatherapy Massage

An allover massage using essential oils used to soothe tense and tight muscles. Helps to relieve stress and anxiety, menopause symptoms, headaches and migraines, sleep and relaxation.

Manual Lymph Drainage

This incredibly relaxing treatment is brilliant for supporting your immune system, boosting lymph to aid waste removal, water retention and lymphodema. This can also be used post op to promote healing, remove fluid and encourage blood flow. It's gentle and rhythmic strokes can be an extremely good stress reliever and re balancer after trauma.

Ultimate Skin & Body Booster

A luscious 90 minute treatment starting with a full body massage using essential oils individually blended for your particular needs, followed by natural face lifting techniques to the face to revive and boost your skin. Finishing with a divine neck, shoulder and head massage.

Buccal Massage

An intra oral treatment to release tension in the buccal and masseter muscles inside the mouth. Helps with TMJ disorder which can be caused by clenching and grinding teeth. Also a great skin smoother and lifting treatment.
